About Us

The Meadows on Rio Grande is a 109-lot subdivision fronting the 2400 block of Rio Grande Blvd. NW, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Our Association is a non-profit corporation established in 2004. We maintain common areas of The Meadows landscape, we regulate architectural improvements, and we assess annual homeowners dues to cover expenses. Neighborhood volunteers serve as our Board of Directors.

The Meadows is one of four neighborhoods served by the Thomas Village Neighborhood Association (TVNA). The others are Thomas Village Estates, Thomas Village Patio Homes, and Abbey Jean Homes.
